Shipping policy

We ship from the United States. Most orders leave within 1–3 business days after payment clears.

Processing

Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CT, or on weekends and U.S. holidays, begin processing the next business day.

Domestic shipping

•  Standard: 3–7 business days after the label is created

•  Expedited: 2–3 business days after the label is created

You will get a tracking number by email when the order ships.

Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and package size. Free shipping may apply when noted on the site or at checkout.

International

We ship to select countries. Delivery is typically 7–21 business days after the label is created. Customs, duties, and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total.

Address errors

Please check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages sent to an incomplete or incorrect address. If a package is returned to us, we can reship after you pay any extra postage.

Lost or damaged mail

If tracking shows delivered and you do not have the package, wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or building staff. Then email us with your order number. For carrier damage, send photos of the box and item within 7 days of delivery.

PO boxes and military addresses

We can ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses with standard service only.
